Litigation
Litigation can be very effective at recovering revenue for the right type of accounts. United has an excellent system for identifying lawsuits with a high probability of recovery. This is typically defined by your customer’s balance, asset’s, ability to pay and location. We generally pursue accounts that have the ability to pay but simply refuse to render their responsibilities. Once litigation commences there is often a settlement that results from the action. United will front all legal fees and Litigation accounts will typically fall into a 10% higher contingency fee.
